In need of a name for my new business designing custom candy stations and dessert tables, I reached out to my Facebook family for help. Being as though I prefer to call my designs "Sweets Tables", I asked my friends, using the word "Sweet", to come up with a catchy name. I was shocked at the numerous responses received. Thank you all SOOOO much for your ideas and support. I loved each and every one of them. They were all fabulous! But one suggestion, coincidently made by two people, really hit home....
So, without further adieu, my new business name is......
To kick off the launch of the new business, Sweet Nothings will be displaying an eco-friendly Sweets Table at The Dandelion Patch in Vienna, VA. On Monday, January 17th, The Dandelion Patch will be hosting best-selling author Kate Harrison as she shares "10 Simple Ways to Green Your Wedding." Kate is the author of the best-selling green wedding book The Green Bride Guide: How to Plan an Earth-friendly Wedding on Any Budget. Sweet Nothings will be on display with an eco-friendly Sweets Table showcasing the way we contribute to being Earth friendly.
Thank you again to each one of you who offered such great suggestions and ideas for my business. I am certain that there will have many more creative ideas I will need your help with. Until then...
